Shipping Policy

We currently offer free shipping on all our products across India through India Post. The tracking number is shared on email within one business day from dispatch. While we take utmost precaution in packing your order, if there is a transit damage please reach out to us via phone or email and we will try to help you as best as we can.

Shipping Time and Delays:

We try to dispatch all retail orders within 2 business days from our storage unit but there might be unforeseen delays due to bad weather, health or administrative issues etc. In case of any extended delays in shipping your order, we will inform you and offer a refund if necessary.

India Post delivers to most cities in India within 5-10 business days but less connected cities may see longer shipping times. We do not take any responsibility in shipping delays after an order has been dispatched.

This policy will not be in effect in case of a natural calamity, disaster, lockdown or any other event we do not have any control over.
