Refunds and Returns

In the event of an incorrect order being delivered or a product being damaged please take a photograph of the same and send it to us within 24 hours of the package being received, to madhumakhiwala@gmail.com with the Subject - “Product Issue”. We will try to rectify it as soon as possible.

 

Products once opened are not eligible for return except in extraordinary scenarios. 

 

Items that are shipped to Madhumakhiwala  without adequate packing to ensure the safe return and are subsequently damaged are not eligible for full return credit.

 

Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Please return via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is submitted, it automatically goes to the packing department and we begin preparing to ship out the product. Incase of cancellation, please send us an email with the Subject - ‘Cancellation Request’ within two hours of your order.
